Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate and manage commercial real estate loan closings, modifications, and payoffs efficiently and accurately.
• Act as the primary liaison between borrowers, legal counsel, title agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of loan documents and conditions precedent for transactions.
• Monitor and track multiple transactions simultaneously, maintaining high organizational standards and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with legal and asset management teams to optimize workflows and processes for enhanced efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards during all transactions and document reviews.
• Provide detailed reports and updates on transaction statuses to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to ensure successful transaction closures and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in a related field such as finance or real estate.
• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial real estate loan closing or related roles.
• Proficiency in handling loan documents, title/escrow processes, and conditions precedent.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards applicable to commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience in an institutional platform with process improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and commitment.
