Overview

  • Support prospective tenants by providing detailed information on properties and leasing options, ensuring a seamless leasing experience.
  • Coordinate lease agreements, ensuring compliance with housing regulations and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent education is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing or property management is essential.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in a similar role for enhanced expertise.
  • Strong understanding of housing regulations and leasing practices is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are vital for tenant interactions.
  • Proficiency in property management software and tools is highly desirable.
