Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the execution of debt and tax equity financings, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and project goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making and project financing.
  • Coordinate with investors, legal advisors, and consultants to achieve successful financial closures.
  • Present financing strategies and recommendations to senior management for review and approval.
  • Enhance financial management practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the organization.
  • Ensure financing activities align with construction schedules and development timelines for seamless project execution.
  • Support the development of innovative financing solutions tailored to renewable energy projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and a strong understanding of debt structures is essential.
  • Experience in renewable energy financing is highly desirable and advantageous.
  • Professional designation such as CFA or CPA is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills are required for success in this role.
