Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily financial operations, including cash flow, transactions, and reconciliations for high-profile clients.
- Review and approve accounts payable/receivable processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Respond to client inquiries and partner requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making and client goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle royalty statements for artists, publishers, and writers, ensuring accurate processing.
- Participate in strategic planning and execution of client-focused projects and initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 6-8 years of accounting experience, ideally with high-net-worth clients or family offices.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel functions.
- Experience in the entertainment industry and handling royalty statements is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a remote setting.
