Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and net asset value calculations for assigned funds, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Execute capital call and distribution processes with precision, meeting deadlines and client expectations effectively.
- Resolve reconciliation discrepancies promptly, ensuring adherence to policies and maintaining data integrity.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performance.
- Assist in audits, ensuring thorough and timely completion of requirements while maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Develop and refine workflows to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the accounting processes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or Business is required, demonstrating foundational knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in fund administration or auditing, with 5 years preferred.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA) is highly preferred, showcasing advanced expertise.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
