Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Audit and finalize invoices, ensuring compliance with client-specific billing requirements and standards.
- Collaborate with attorneys to address aged accounts and resolve billing disputes effectively.
- Implement proactive collection strategies to mitigate financial risks and optimize revenue flow.
- Utilize advanced billing software to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy in billing processes.
- Provide responsive support to attorneys and staff, addressing billing-related inquiries and solutions promptly.

Job Requirements
- Associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of legal billing experience; 5 years preferred for optimal performance.
- Proficiency in automated billing systems, including Aderant Expert, is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for managing complex accounts and billing processes.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients.
