POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Construction 360 Full Desk Recruiter or Business Developer to join our dynamic Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by building strategic relationships within the commercial construction sector. You will collaborate with a highly motivated team, leveraging industry-leading tools and resources to achieve success. The ideal candidate is ambitious, financially motivated, and possesses a deep understanding of construction project lifecycles and skilled roles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and construction firms to identify new placement opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and hiring patterns to create targeted business development strategies.
  • Conduct outreach and networking activities to prospect and qualify leads effectively.
  • Present staffing solutions, negotiate terms, and secure agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to align business development efforts with talent acquisition goals.
  • Source and manage top-tier construction talent for leadership and skilled roles.
  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality placements and client satisfaction.
  • Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients on hiring practices.
  • Build long-term partnerships with construction hiring managers and decision-makers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in agency recruiting or business development roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Proven ability in cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
