Overview

  • Support compliance operations in a hybrid work environment, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and fostering organizational efficiency.
  • Coordinate regulatory inquiries and examinations, managing workflows and tracking submissions for seamless operations.
  • Maintain and enhance compliance databases, ensuring accurate documentation and streamlined processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate data collection and provision for compliance-related projects.
  • Assist in developing and documenting internal processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Act as a liaison between compliance teams and organizational stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support daily tasks related to compliance operations, contributing to the organization's regulatory readiness.
  • Engage in a dynamic environment, driving improvements and ensuring compliance excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage regulatory deadlines, documentation, and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Organize and update internal compliance databases, supporting efficient operations and data accuracy.
  • Assist in creating and improving workflows to enhance compliance processes and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and analyze data for compliance-related initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for compliance inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance strategies and operational improvements.
  • Ensure regulatory submissions are tracked and managed efficiently, meeting organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the creation of internal documentation, enhancing compliance transparency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree with 3+ years of experience in compliance or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in managing databases, project workflows, and regulatory documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in corporate or financial transactions within relevant industries is preferred.
  • Licensed notary or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and standards in the industry is a plus.
