  • Lead Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored audit solutions and build strong professional relationships.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to audit staff, fostering growth and development.
  • Contribute to the refinement and implementation of audit strategies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct detailed audits of Employee Benefit Plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and execute audit plans and procedures aligned with industry standards.
  • Analyze financial statements and related documentation to identify discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with clients to address audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
  • Supervise and train audit team members, ensuring effective task execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on Employee Benefit Plans.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills in audit environments.
  • Strong understanding of EBP audit regulations and compliance requirements.
