Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Direct and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management; 15 years preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in directing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.
