  • Lead construction operations for a real estate development firm specializing in residential and commercial properties.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and management of construction projects ensuring quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
