Job Description

Overview

  • Lead strategic and operational initiatives for a Medicaid Personal Care Services branch in Missouri.
  • Oversee full P&L management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership responsibilities.
  • Drive community-based business development and referral source building efforts.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and oversee financial management including budgets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with state agencies to maintain compliance with Medicaid PCS regulations.
  • Work in a fast-paced growth environment with a focus on community presence.
  • Act as the local face of the organization, attending community events and client visits.
  • Obtain Designated Manager certification within six months if not already certified.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage branch operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  • Recruit, retain, and lead a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and execute community-based business strategies to grow referral sources.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Missouri DHSS, DSDS, and MMAC requirements.
  • Oversee financial management including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and KPI tracking.
  • Engage actively in fieldwork, including client visits and community events.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to secure state-funded Medicaid contracts.
  • Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and employee engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in personal care, home health, or hospice.
  • At least two years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Proven experience with Medicaid and personal care services regulations.
  • Strong business development skills and community engagement experience.
  • Ability to obtain Designated Manager certification within six months.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a metrics-driven approach to leadership.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
