Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with design and preconstruction teams to develop project plans and budgets.
  • Oversee project estimating and bidding processes, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Implement innovative construction technologies to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions proactively.
  • Contribute to the organization’s growth by managing projects aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, detailing progress and outcomes.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Support the preconstruction team in estimating and bidding processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of design-build and CMAR project delivery methods.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience in estimating and preconstruction processes is advantageous.
