Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Manage teams of professionals, including contractors and subcontractors, for successful project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout project phases.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among project teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 7 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
