Job Description

Overview

  • Lead architectural projects as a Registered Architect, ensuring quality control and client satisfaction throughout all project phases.
  • Act as the primary interface with clients, managing expectations and delivering exceptional results.
  • Perform redlining and drawing reviews, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Utilize Revit software proficiently for project design and documentation tasks.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Travel occasionally for project inspections, ensuring on-site compliance and progress.
  • Contribute to the entire project lifecycle, from initial design to final construction punch lists.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, addressing concerns and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Perform quality control checks, including redlining and drawing reviews, to ensure project accuracy.
  • Utilize Revit for design and documentation, ensuring efficient and accurate project execution.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stamp and seal drawings as required, demonstrating accountability and adherence to regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Lead project teams, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Registered Architect (RA) certification required; LEED AP preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management; 15 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation tasks.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
  • Experience in stamping and sealing drawings, demonstrating accountability and adherence to standards.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for project inspections and client meetings.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage client relationships and project timelines.
