Overview

  • Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multifamily and healthcare construction projects successfully.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and subcontractors, to optimize efficiency and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to meet client expectations and organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations from plans.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 7 years preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing multifamily and healthcare construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as required for project needs.
