Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Collaborate with Project Architects to produce efficient construction documents for complex projects.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants and regulatory agencies.
- Research, specify, and document architectural elements and assemblies.
- Facilitate internal drawing and code reviews, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Lead construction administration efforts for less complex projects, managing tasks and resolving field issues.
- Ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate and complete.
- Participate in the design process, addressing architectural challenges effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in parametric modeling and construction documentation processes.
- Strong knowledge of building and accessibility codes and their application.
- Experience in coordinating with consultants, regulatory agencies, and contractors.
- Ability to lead construction documentation and administration efforts effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and professional judgment.
