Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.

  • Monitor budgets and expenditures, implementing effective cost-saving measures to optimize resources.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing municipal and K-12 projects of significant scale.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing diverse teams effectively.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
