Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent required; RN licensure mandatory.
- Completion of RN First Assistant program with certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as RNFA; 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in perioperative nursing and surgical assisting across diverse patient demographics.
- Physical capability to assist in patient positioning and surgical equipment handling.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within healthcare teams.
- CNOR certification or active enrollment in CNOR program preferred.
