Data Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and execute data queries to meet analytics and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using modern BI tools to visualize metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Enhance data processes for improved accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and decisions.
• Monitor and optimize database performance for reliability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with BI tools and data systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems like MS SQL Server and Snowflake.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Sigma Computing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and best practices in data governance.
