Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Structure and review legal documents using proprietary tools to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage technical systems to configure workflows and address operational challenges.
  • Apply logical reasoning to investor-related queries in legal documentation.
  • Communicate system advancements and improvements to relevant stakeholders.
  • Execute technical deliverables and oversee workflows for optimal performance.
  • Conduct peer reviews to ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with product teams to troubleshoot and analyze system issues.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve high-priority issues efficiently.
  • Maintain service level agreements and performance targets through effective delegation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing technical systems and workflow configurations.
  • Strong understanding of legal documentation and operational processes.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to maintain high-quality standards in deliverables and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills to convey technical advancements and improvements.
  • Capability to meet service level agreements and performance targets consistently.
  • Familiarity with subscription document onboarding processes is advantageous.
