Overview
- Lead clinical operations, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and goals.
- Supervise clinical team managers, program managers, and support staff.
- Develop and implement patient care staffing plans to maintain optimal service levels.
- Participate in hiring, evaluation, and termination of clinical staff.
- Act as a resource and role model for middle management staff.
- Monitor quality and appropriateness of services and products.
- Collaborate with the CAO to achieve organizational objectives.
- Prepare for future regional role expansion within the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise and develop clinical managers and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop staffing plans to maintain service quality and efficiency.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum three years of community health experience in Medicare-certified home health agency preferred.
- At least one year in a managerial capacity within clinical operations.
- Eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist, occupational therapist, or registered nurse.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the home health care industry and nursing profession.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage clinical operations effectively.
- Ability to mentor and develop middle management staff.
