Job Description

Overview

  • Lead clinical operations, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and goals.
  • Supervise clinical team managers, program managers, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement patient care staffing plans to maintain optimal service levels.
  • Participate in hiring, evaluation, and termination of clinical staff.
  • Act as a resource and role model for middle management staff.
  • Monitor quality and appropriateness of services and products.
  • Collaborate with the CAO to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Prepare for future regional role expansion within the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise and develop clinical managers and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop staffing plans to maintain service quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Support professional development and training for clinical staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align clinical operations with goals.
  • Prepare for transition to regional role responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum three years of community health experience in Medicare-certified home health agency preferred.
  • At least one year in a managerial capacity within clinical operations.
  • Eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist, occupational therapist, or registered nurse.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the home health care industry and nursing profession.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage clinical operations effectively.
  • Ability to mentor and develop middle management staff.
  • Preparedness for future regional role responsibilities.
