Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables for investment banking advisory initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Technology, Data, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Enhance visibility and coordination across engagements, driving impactful workflow improvements.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and scope in dynamic deal settings, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with sponsor coverage teams and deal professionals to ensure project success.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements.
  • Support initiatives directly tied to revenue-producing teams, enhancing operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or private capital advisory environments.
  • Proven expertise in project management supporting front-office teams and revenue-producing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of advisory deal lifecycle, including origination and closing processes.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in high-pressure environments, managing risks and dependencies effectively.
  • Preferred exposure to workflow automation or AI-enabled productivity initiatives.
  • Background at a top-tier advisory or independent investment bank is advantageous.
