- Collaborate with sponsor coverage teams and deal professionals to ensure project success.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or private capital advisory environments.
- Proven expertise in project management supporting front-office teams and revenue-producing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of advisory deal lifecycle, including origination and closing processes.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently in high-pressure environments, managing risks and dependencies effectively.
- Preferred exposure to workflow automation or AI-enabled productivity initiatives.
- Background at a top-tier advisory or independent investment bank is advantageous.
