Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes effectively.
  • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment on project progress.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet usability and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with deal professionals to drive delivery of initiatives supporting revenue-generating activities.
  • Support the integration of automation tools and AI-driven solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication channels across teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or private capital advisory.
  • Proven expertise in project management supporting front-office teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong understanding of advisory deal lifecycle, from origination to closing.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience delivering initiatives tied directly to revenue-producing teams.
  • Preferred exposure to workflow automation or AI-enabled productivity initiatives.
  • Background at a top-tier advisory or independent investment bank is advantageous.
