Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or private capital advisory.
- Proven expertise in project management supporting front-office teams in high-pressure environments.
- Strong understanding of advisory deal lifecycle, from origination to closing.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering initiatives tied directly to revenue-producing teams.
- Preferred exposure to workflow automation or AI-enabled productivity initiatives.
- Background at a top-tier advisory or independent investment bank is advantageous.
