Business Analyst – Advanced Data Analytics

Overview

• Contribute as a Business Analyst to advanced data analytics initiatives in a hybrid work setup, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for data analytics and AI/ML projects, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
• Coordinate and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business needs.
• Evaluate product usability and provide actionable insights to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Maintain and manage the organization's data demand register, ensuring readiness and accessibility of data assets.
• Engage with business leaders to structure and normalize data requirements effectively, fostering collaboration.
• Support data governance initiatives and contribute to program management activities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver AI, ML, and data science solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, data readiness, and analytics outcomes to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Data Analytics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within data analytics or financial services.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with AI, ML, and data science product delivery, including iterative development cycles.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, governance frameworks, and data management practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving impactful results.
