Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for engineering and manufacturing positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent using diverse recruitment channels.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring positive candidate experiences.
- Coordinate and participate in branding and engagement events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics to track progress and identify improvement areas.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members to foster collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in engineering and manufacturing sectors.
- High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in recruitment or HR are advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities effectively.
- Experience in organizing and participating in branding and engagement events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting.
- Excellent follow-up skills and a strong sense of urgency in meeting recruitment goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and manufacturing hiring managers.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline processes.
