Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including design, construction, and administration.
  • Lead project teams, delegating tasks and ensuring productivity and workflow efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, quality standards, and project specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural project management.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Sketch-Up, and Photoshop for design and project execution.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Technical expertise in managing design and construction phases of projects.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
