Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including design, construction, and administration.
• Lead project teams, delegating tasks and ensuring productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Prepare and review technical documents, including shop drawings, change orders, and pay requests.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Mentor team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional development.
• Implement risk management strategies to enhance project efficiency and minimize exposure.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring project alignment.
• Support marketing initiatives and assist in securing new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural project management.
• Proficiency in Revit, Sketch-Up, and Photoshop for design and project execution.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Technical expertise in managing design and construction phases of projects.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Experience in business development and marketing activities.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
