Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in architecture or related fields.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and advanced 3D modeling software tools.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client and team interactions.
- NCIDQ or ARE certification preferred; LEED accreditation is highly desirable.
