Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the development of enterprise-scale capabilities, driving impactful solutions from discovery to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user workflows and technical feasibility.
  • Engage in research and discovery to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Develop solution strategies, assessing feasibility, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery, ensuring readiness across technical and organizational dimensions.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions effectively to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to improving workflows, tools, and communication practices.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop expertise in assigned domains, understanding systems, users, and processes.
  • Define end-to-end capability behaviors and evaluate existing patterns for improvement.
  • Specify business rules, states, transitions, and exception handling.
  • Conduct discovery and research, validating assumptions with stakeholders.
  • Generate and evaluate solution strategies, collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Translate concepts into executable plans, managing risks and dependencies.
  • Align stakeholders across business, operations, and technology.
  • Produce artifacts such as briefs, roadmaps, and release communications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
  • Proven ability to define product capabilities and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Experience designing user workflows and wireframes.
  • Strong technical literacy and experience partnering with Engineering and QA.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data models, and operational workflows preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise, platform, or integration-heavy systems preferred.
