Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and evaluations of patients.
- Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers with precision and professionalism.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.
- Upsell and cross-sell appropriate services to enhance client outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of client service and satisfaction.
- Ensure proper documentation and charting for all procedures.
- Consult with medical directors as needed for complex cases.
- Manage inventory and supplies for injectable treatments.
- Adhere to professional appearance standards reflecting the brand image.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an aesthetics injector.
- Formal training and passion for anti-aging medicine and medical aesthetics.
- Experience with Botox, dermal fillers, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy preferred.
- Strong customer service, sales, and social media skills.
- Ability to educate clients on procedures and treatments effectively.
- Professional appearance and adherence to brand standards.
- Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends for events.
