Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and evaluations of patients.
• Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers with precision and professionalism.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.
• Upsell and cross-sell appropriate services to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of client service and satisfaction.
• Ensure proper documentation and charting for all procedures.
• Consult with medical directors as needed for complex cases.
• Manage inventory and supplies for injectable treatments.
• Adhere to professional appearance standards reflecting the brand image.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an aesthetics injector.
• Formal training and passion for anti-aging medicine and medical aesthetics.
• Experience with Botox, dermal fillers, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy preferred.
• Strong customer service, sales, and social media skills.
• Ability to educate clients on procedures and treatments effectively.
• Professional appearance and adherence to brand standards.
• Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends for events.
• Commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
