Overview
- Manage construction projects nationwide, focusing on ground-up and tenant improvement projects.
- Work on projects ranging from $5-6.5M and 55-60k sqft.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Provide on-site supervision and support for construction activities.
- Travel extensively to oversee project sites and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address project challenges effectively.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and construction regulations.
- Utilize strong communication skills to liaise between teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise construction activities, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
- Implement site utilities and foundation work as required.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and milestones.
- Address and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Science degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of construction experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in managing ground-up and tenant improvement projects.
- Experience with gym or fitness center construction is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of site utilities and foundation work.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for project supervision.
