Job Description

Overview

  • Manage construction projects nationwide, focusing on ground-up and tenant improvement projects.
  • Work on projects ranging from $5-6.5M and 55-60k sqft.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Provide on-site supervision and support for construction activities.
  • Travel extensively to oversee project sites and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address project challenges effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and construction regulations.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to liaise between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise construction activities, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
  • Implement site utilities and foundation work as required.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and milestones.
  • Address and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of construction experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing ground-up and tenant improvement projects.
  • Experience with gym or fitness center construction is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of site utilities and foundation work.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for project supervision.
  • Eligibility for full benefits after 90 days, including 401k match.
