Overview

  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring innovative designs that align with client objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate engineering and design elements seamlessly into cohesive project deliverables.
  • Utilize advanced software tools like Revit, Dynamo, and Grasshopper for efficient workflows and enhanced design capabilities.
  • Apply expertise in 3D scanning technologies to capture existing conditions and integrate them into design processes.
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring project success.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, delivering high-quality architectural solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Participate in public bidding processes, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture Technology or equivalent educational background.
  • Licensed Architect with current registration and demonstrated project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Dynamo, Grasshopper, and 3D scanning technologies.
  • Strong communication skills for articulating design concepts and technical information.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and foster a positive work environment.
