Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Mentor and lead nursing staff, fostering professional development and engagement within the unit.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and efficient patient flow.
- Monitor infection control practices and patient outcomes, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
- Address patient and family concerns, providing education and coordinated follow-up care.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Current RN license with certifications in BLS and ACLS; PALS and ABLS preferred.
- 5–7 years of clinical experience in burn or critical care specialties.
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in healthcare settings.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and financial management principles.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory standards in burn care.
