Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver functional and technical support for Oracle EBS modules to end-users.
- Diagnose and resolve application issues, including data inconsistencies and system errors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within the EBS environment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for system updates and integrations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS application support.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools for troubleshooting and optimization.
- Experience with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in system integrations and interfaces.
- Preferred experience with Oracle Workflow and scripting languages.
- Knowledge of interface technologies and data integration concepts.
- ITIL certification and familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure are advantageous.
