Overview

  • Drive product and project management for HR enterprise applications in a hybrid setting, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance application functionality and governance, fostering seamless integration and user satisfaction.

  • Act as the primary vendor liaison, managing contracts, renewals, and roadmap assessments to align with organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required, showcasing foundational expertise.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or project management, with a preference for 10 years.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, including HRIS and talent management platforms, ensuring domain proficiency.
  • Experience working in agile development environments, demonstrating adaptability and collaborative skills.
