Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and standards.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management are advantageous.
• Minimum of 4 years of construction experience, preferably in multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for effective planning.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
