- Provide executive-level support and marketing coordination for senior leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Manage complex scheduling, calendar coordination, and communication flow for the Chief Marketing Officer and senior marketing team.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics and expense tracking.
- Assist in marketing project management, including events, media initiatives, and partnership collaborations.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to support strategic marketing objectives.
- Organize and lead meetings, fostering collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to special projects and administrative tasks aligned with organizational goals.
- Uphold professional standards, demonstrating discretion and integrity in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage calendars, scheduling, and communication flow for senior executives.
- Arrange and oversee travel logistics, including accommodations and expense management.
- Provide high-level administrative support, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support marketing initiatives such as event planning, media coordination, and partnership management.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive support or administrative roles.
- At least 2 years’ experience in marketing or account management within a marketing agency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong presentation creation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
