Job Description

Overview

  • Provide comprehensive HR support for an organization with approximately 6,000 employees in various HR functions.
  • Coordinate and resolve HR-related inquiries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and employee satisfaction.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll, immigration processes, and performance management systems.
  • Analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR processes.
  • Participate in HR system enhancements and large-scale initiatives impacting employees.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days onsite in a dynamic office environment.
  • Potential for the position to transition from temporary to permanent.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job openings and screening candidates.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
  • Support payroll operations and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Assist with immigration processes and documentation for employees.
  • Monitor and manage employee performance management systems.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in HR system enhancements and implementation projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Workday HR systems is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, time and absence management, and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills to review employee data and identify trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions and projects simultaneously.
  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring 2-3 days onsite.
  • Potential for the position to become permanent based on performance.
