Overview

  • Lead on-site construction activities for diverse commercial and multi-family projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with project teams to oversee construction schedules and budgets effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards across all project phases.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, addressing any challenges proactively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with regulations.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing commercial and multi-family construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
