Job Description

Overview

  • Support supply chain operations by analyzing data and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and supply chain metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ERP, MRP, and planning systems.
  • Automate recurring reports and streamline workflows using advanced analytics tools.
  • Perform root cause analysis on forecast deviations and operational bottlenecks to recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier performance analysis through data-driven methodologies.
  • Enhance data pipelines and reporting infrastructure in collaboration with IT and Data Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop, manage, and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance metrics.
  • Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making across supply chain functions.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify reporting needs and implement process improvements.
  • Automate recurring reports and streamline workflows using Tableau, SQL, and other tools.
  • Perform root cause analysis on forecast deviations and operational bottlenecks.
  • Support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier performance analysis.
  • Enhance data pipelines and reporting infrastructure with IT collaboration.
  • Provide ad hoc analyses and visualizations for operational and executive decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, supply chain analysis, or manufacturing operations.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, advanced Excel, and SQL for data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP or MRP systems such as SAP.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles including demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
  • APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
