Overview

  • Lead construction projects for a nationally recognized general contractor with expertise in healthcare, education, and commercial markets.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain operational efficiency and safety compliance.
  • Manage on-site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Promote a people-first approach to building and team development.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven expertise in managing healthcare, education, or commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
