Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project supervision; 8 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing healthcare, education, or commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Ability to analyze project plans and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
