Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide 24-hour accountability for the clinical leadership of staff.
• Oversee personnel and fiscal management within the unit.
• Develop and implement clinical standards and protocols.
• Facilitate staff development and training programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to improve practices.
• Review and analyze clinical outcomes to recommend changes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory criteria.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care quality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Preferred: Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Joint Commission standards and professional practice criteria.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
