Overview
- Provide operational IT support for end-user applications and workstation hardware within a dynamic trading floor environment.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, including performing software upgrades and ensuring system functionality.
- Support market data and trade execution platforms, ensuring seamless operations for critical financial services applications.
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily operational procedures, including system checks and data center inspections.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of IT support processes and workflows.
- Provide off-hours support as part of a rotating schedule, ensuring consistent IT service availability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with strong technical expertise.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing technical support for workstations and IT systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft desktop software, including Windows 11 and Office 365 applications.
- Experience in the financial services industry, with familiarity in market data applications like Bloomberg and Refinitiv.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Backup, Desktop Patching, VMware, or Ivanti product suite is preferred.
- Experience with printer and print vendor management, as well as mobile device management, is desired.
