Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory services; 7 years preferred.
- Current Clinical Laboratory Scientist license issued by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners.
- Proven leadership experience with supervisory responsibilities in laboratory operations.
- Strong skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational management.
