Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as the primary contact for investor relations, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client service.
  • Coordinate investor communications, prepare detailed reports, and manage marketing materials for client engagement.
  • Support senior leadership with administrative tasks and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain CRM systems to track investor interactions and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and reporting workflows for investor relations.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for prospective clients, ensuring smooth transitions and comprehensive support.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives by identifying leads and managing client pipelines effectively.
  • Work on RFIs, DDQs, and marketing materials to support institutional investor communications.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate scheduling and manage the firm calendar for senior leadership and team members.
  • Prepare materials for investor meetings, firm events, and internal/external communications.
  • Track and respond to client requests, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain detailed records of investor interactions and communication efforts within CRM systems.
  • Support marketing efforts by managing client pipelines and refining processes.
  • Assist in preparing responses to investor inquiries regarding performance, strategy, and operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve reporting workflows and technology tools.
  • Contribute to the completion of RFIs, DDQs, and marketing pieces for institutional clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in investor relations, client services, or financial services.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in preparing marketing materials and investor reports is preferred.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to client service excellence.
  • Knowledge of financial strategies and investment management is advantageous.
