Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and review high-net-worth individual tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Utilize proprietary AI-driven software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in tax preparation processes.
  • Advise clients on tax strategies, including equity compensation and other complex scenarios.
  • Collaborate with team members to address client inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-net-worth tax preparation; 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in 1040 tax return preparation and review.
  • Experience with equity compensation tax strategies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tax software and technology-enhanced workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
