Overview

• Lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration.

• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Promote a culture of safety and compliance within project teams.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Preferred 15 years of experience in a leadership role within the industry.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
• Director-level experience in project execution and strategic planning.
