Overview

  • Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives for a dynamic organization in a high-growth industry.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to align financial plans with business objectives.
  • Provide insightful reporting and analysis to drive improved business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly financial forecasting activities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify actionable insights and improve outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and analyze variances to assess business impact.
  • Prepare and deliver custom financial reports and analyses to stakeholders.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities using business intelligence tools and dashboards.
  • Produce regular financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties to support the organization's evolving needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex information.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in or experience with AI tools is a plus.
  • Ability to solve problems and deliver analytical insights effectively.
