Cloud Engineer

Overview

• Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient data access for global teams and devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud services with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud service management and operations.
• Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents and mentor junior engineers.
• Monitor and optimize cloud platform performance, capacity, and resilience for business continuity.
• Stay updated on emerging Microsoft technologies and lead their adoption within the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and manage Azure infrastructure, including identity, access, and networking configurations.
• Implement and oversee global endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune.
• Develop and enforce application protection policies to safeguard organizational data.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enhance organizational strategies.
• Lead global initiatives involving Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure infrastructure enhancements.
• Provide technical expertise in Microsoft Purview and Defender solutions for security management.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell scripting for improved efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Expertise in endpoint management and Conditional Access policies using Microsoft Intune.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
• Strong knowledge of security tools such as Microsoft Purview and Defender.
• Experience working in regulated environments, such as legal or financial sectors, is preferred.
• Microsoft certifications in Azure and Microsoft 365 are highly desirable.
