Overview

  • Lead construction administration for multifamily and hospitality projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with design teams and consultants to address challenges and enhance project outcomes effectively.
  • Conduct site visits, issue detailed field reports, and manage RFIs and submittals efficiently.
  • Participate in OAC meetings, advocating for client interests and ensuring project alignment.
  • Leverage software tools like Bluebeam, Word, Excel, and Teams for documentation and communication.
  • Work on high-profile projects with opportunities for professional growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform construction administration tasks including site visits, field reports, and RFI management.
  • Log, review, and process submittals to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with design teams and consultants to resolve project issues effectively.
  • Advocate for client interests during OAC meetings and contractor communications.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications and standards for multifamily and hospitality projects.
  • Utilize software tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation throughout all project phases.
  • Travel as required to project sites for inspections and meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture or related field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 5 years in construction administration.
  • Experience in wood-framed multifamily and high-rise multifamily projects preferred.
  • Registered Architect designation preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to travel for site visits and meetings as required.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective team interaction.
