Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform construction administration tasks including site visits, field reports, and RFI management.
- Log, review, and process submittals to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with design teams and consultants to resolve project issues effectively.
- Advocate for client interests during OAC meetings and contractor communications.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and standards for multifamily and hospitality projects.
- Utilize software tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation throughout all project phases.
- Travel as required to project sites for inspections and meetings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture or related field required.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 5 years in construction administration.
- Experience in wood-framed multifamily and high-rise multifamily projects preferred.
- Registered Architect designation preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to travel for site visits and meetings as required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective team interaction.
