Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily site activities, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project supervision, with 9 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software for effective planning and execution.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and schedules with precision and accountability.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with healthcare, education, commercial, or industrial projects is advantageous.
